- Chest: GSW Chest Skin with Entry wound to Right Chest and exit wound to Right Back
- Right Arm: Uninjured Arm with Radial Pulse, IV and IO Access
- Left Arm: Uninjured Arm with Radial Pulse, IV and IO Access
- Pelvic: Injured Male Pelvic Skin with Avulsed Testicle, Packable GSW Entrance wound to Left Inguinal Area, exit wound to Left Buttocks
