- Chest: GSW Chest Skin with entry wound under left breast and exit wound to left axilla
- Right Arm: Uninjured Arm with Radial Pulse, IV and IO Access

- Pelvic: Injured Female Pelvic Skin with Packable GSW Entrance wound, exit wound to Left Buttocks
