We are using the classic CORDURA® fabrics made in high tenacity, air-jet textured nylon 6.6 in 500 Denier. Tegris®
Composition 100% self-reinforced polypropylene / SRPP
Tegris® is a thermoplastic composite material manufactured by the US company Milliken. The material offers very high impact resistance and rigidity with low weight. Specially developed polypropylene yarns are woven together, fused and formed into sheets in several layers. Tasmanian Tiger uses 8-ply and 12-ply Tegris® material.
