Head Immobilizer
The Head Immobilizer is designed to prevent excessive head and neck movement. This product can be used in conjunction with a spineboard to immobilize the patient and prevent further trauma when transporting the patient. The set comes with chin strap and forehead strap. The head immobilizer is water resistant and can be wiped down and sterilized for repeated use. Suitable for EMS Professionals, Rescue Team as well as Ambulance Services.
